Job Summary:
The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the Interior Design business, including project execution, production, supply chain, quality control, and client delivery. This role demands strong leadership, industry knowledge, and operational expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across design, production, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor multiple interior projects from design to handover.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
- Oversee factory/production activities related to furniture, modular works, and fit-outs.
- Implement quality control systems to meet design and client expectations.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization for each project.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication between design and execution teams.
- Drive compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.
- Train, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on project status, risks, and improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Management.
- 10–15 years of experience in Operations, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within Interior Design / Furniture / Fit-out industry.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale interior design projects.
Salary Range: 1.2L-1.5L
