Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking a highly competent leader who has the confidence, capability, and commitment to take charge as COO — relieving the promoter currently in this role — while driving operations fully aligned with the company’s vision, mission, values, and culture.

Location: Indore (3.7 Kms from Highway)

Position Outline:

The COO, will spearhead the scale-up from ₹100 Cr to ₹ 250 Cr across three product divisions having different customer segments of domestic & global market and focus to improve the export market share. These divisions work independently, yet share common fabric inputs but perform and contribute differently to scale-up for achieving vision.

• The Sewing Division is our strength in focusing NPD and OEM expectations, using innovation to grow our global reach.
• The AMP Division focuses on high-volume, labor-intensive production, driving exports in niche global markets.
• The Fabric Division adds value through engineering-led processing, rolling, and finishing, maximizing efficiency and business returns.
• Engineering & Utilities ensure business continuity by providing reliable machines and resources at the right time, with a focus on efficiency and optimum cost.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role demands as independent working of institutionalizing systems, leveraging ERP, ensuring operational excellence, and driving profitable growth in both domestic and global markets — all aligned with the company vision through deep dive, speed, and agile decision-making.

Currently, the operational efficiency of all divisions aligned to business demand getting ascertained by promoter and home-grown manager to meet OTIF on optimum cost. COO has to ensure to relieve the promoter from this role and responsibility.
