About the Role

Futr Markets is building the next generation of on-ground business leaders through a structured and performance-driven growth track.
Selected individuals will be trained, guided, and financially supported to take charge of sales and market development in a defined Chennai zone.

We provide the training, operational resources, and financial backing — you bring your hard work, discipline, and drive to perform.
This is a hands-on field role designed for ambitious individuals who want to prove themselves in real business environments and grow into long-term leadership positions within our network.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage retail and B2B relationships within the assigned market zone.
• Execute sales and marketing activities and achieve daily/weekly business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for supply, logistics, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain reports, feedback, and performance records regularly.
• Work closely with regional managers to implement business strategies.
