Area Sales Representative HONDA parts

We are super stockist of spare parts of almost all two wheeler and four wheeler companies in India like Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hyundai etc. We are dealing in automobile industry from last 40 years with headquarter located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We are looking for a Field Executive who is responsible for sales of spare parts to distribution channel i'e wholesalers, distributors, retailers, garage owners, mechanics etc in Sitapur and nearby areas of Sitapur, U.P.

• Department:- Sales - HONDA Parts

Resident Locality of Candidate:-

• Either a native or a permanent resident of Sitapur, U.P. or its 10-15 km of surrounding areas OR a native or permanent resident of Lucknow, U.P.

Work Experience*:-

• Min 2 years experience without break in one company in field sales and business development for FMCG products or Auto spare parts to distribution channel or related product industry.

Note:- Work experience in *Service industry i'e Finance/Loan, Recovery, Bank, Payment Bank, Credit Cards, Insurance, NBFC Interview के लिए मान्य नहीं है।

Educational Qualification and Key skills:-

• Bachelor's / MBA-Marketing will prefer.
• Must have own Bike and valid Driving License.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations.

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Sales of spare parts to wholesaler, distributor, retailer, mechanics etc.
• Negotiate the price and close the deal and get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development.
• Visiting the area assigned to you by the Senior Reporting Manager on a regular basis.
• Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office.
• Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

CTC:- Rs.25,000-Rs.30,000/- pm + Incentives (min Rs.5,000-Rs.8,000/- pm) +min Travelling Allowances (Rs.6,000-Rs.8,000/- pm) + Dearness Allowances + PF/ESIC + Medical Insurance + Life insurance.
