We are looking for a “Area Sales Specialist” to be assigned to the in Sales Department of the Turkish organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management roles within the HVAC sector,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels,
  • Team player with a result-oriented, self-motivated personality capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess customer needs, market dynamics, and dealer performance,
  • No travel restrictions


Qualifications:

  • Conduct regular and structured customer visits to assess needs and recommend appropriate product solutions,
  • Track the performance and market potential of dealers within the assigned territory.,
  • Analyze customer and dealer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate effectively, and finalize sales processes in line with targeted revenue and profitability levels,
  • Determine appropriate commercial conditions and solutions within delegated authority, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales strategy,
  • Use the CRM system effectively to plan and record customer visits, maintain historical data, and ensure full visibility of field activities,
  • Monitor relevant tenders within the responsibility area and prepare timely and accurate quotations,
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports requested by the Department Manager, covering regional performance, opportunities, and action plans,
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales volume and profitability targets in line with the company’s commercial objectives
