Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of sales representatives in executing regional sales strategies.
  • Set sales goals and performance metrics, and monitor team progress toward objectives.
  • Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching, support, and feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Area Sales Manager, or similar role in sales management.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
