Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of sales representatives in executing regional sales strategies.
- Set sales goals and performance metrics, and monitor team progress toward objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching, support, and feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Area Sales Manager, or similar role in sales management.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
