Area Supervisor in KSA

Job Description :
· Direct supervision of car rental branches within the assigned region.
· Monitoring rental staff performance and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
· Ensuring implementation of company policies and operational procedures.
· Coordinating with other departments to ensure vehicle availability and service quality.
· Preparing periodic reports to senior management on branch performance and customer feedback.
· Contributing to training and development of staff and improving team efficiency.

Requirements:
· must be no older than 38 years.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Saudi market in a Car Rental Supervisor role.
· with experience in managing multiple branches or regions.
· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
