Area Visual Merchandiser - Adidas

JOB PURPOSE: The Area Visual Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining and enhancing

window displays and in-store merchandising to align with the corporate visual

identity and seasonal themes. He/she aims to attract prospective customers,

enhance the shopping experience, and drive sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute effective display and merchandising strategies to boost sales, enhance the store's image, and maximize customer attraction.

- Promote sales and enhance the visibility of slow-moving items in coordination with shop managers.

- Ensure the maintenance of the brand's standards across the shops by maintaining a favorable retail store image in the assigned area.

- Arrange properties, furniture, and merchandise according to prearranged plans.

- Analyze retail applications and databases daily using analytical tools and techniques to interpret data and provide actionable insights aimed at improving store performance.

- Analyze commercial reports and ensure that stores are implementing appropriate commercial actions in alignment with store managers and instore visual merchandisers.

- Supervise the requisition and construction of decorative materials such as wood, plastic, paper, and glass as required.

- Supervise the accurate implementation of in-store marketing and graphics.

- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High school degree
• Two to four years of experience in a similar role
