  • Manage the assigned branch, monitor the overall Agency performance, and ensure the direct sales agents team adherence to the set KPIs, targets & accordingly meeting AXA business goals.
  • Manage the assigned AXA’s branch, while maintaining the efficient geographical existence of the sales agents within the assigned territory.
  • Oversee the teams’ progress to ensure they meet those goals by providing strategies and feedback.
  • Work on Team Leaders & Direct Sales Agents development plans by offering individualized coaching, and generally foster a positive company culture.
  • Utilize all available on the job training and online platform tools for agents.
  • Ensure the agents’ full understanding across all AXA products and services, market trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Receive feedback from Team Leaders for all business/product/service challenges, areas of improvement and set clear action plans.
  • Ensure the Direct Sales Agents team adherence to AXA policy, strategy and their compliance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and execute disciplinary actions if needed.
  • Ensure that each direct sales agents’ team has set their objectives and consequently meeting the overall business goal. In addition to providing year-round coaching for Team Leaders and Direct Sales Agents as well.
  • Perform regular meetings and follow up with team leaders & agents.
  • Lead the direct sales agent’s team towards customer satisfaction with the sales process through ensuring that customer’s expectations are always met.
  • Monitor the persistency of life business as well as the renewal ratios for renewable products to meet AXA’s benchmark.
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and training cycles of new direct sales agents.
  • Monitor the Agency performance & ensure product mix enforcement, and accordingly create clear action plans for products with deficit.
  • Coach direct sales agents’ team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ensure high quality standards for the book of business.
  • Monitor new projects, products and processes that affect the direct sales agents team performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience is required.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Teamwork spirit and ability to interact with other departments.
  • High organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office.
  • Multilingual (English and Arabic)
  • Focused on customer service.
  • Persuasive and goal oriented.
