Area/Territory Sales Manager Multan:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership

· Deliver assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (Primary & Secondary)

· Develop and execute area-wise sales strategy and business plans

· Drive volume growth, revenue, and profitability across all channels

2. Distribution & Market Expansion

· Expand active outlets, distributors, and corporate/institutional clients

· Strengthen presence in Retail, Corporate, Healthcare, Educational Institutes and Modern Trade etc.

· Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards

3. Team Leadership & Capability Building

· Lead, manage, and develop Sales Officers / Order Bookers / Distributors

· Set clear targets, KPIs, and conduct performance reviews

· Conduct regular market visits for coaching and performance improvement

4. Key Account & Corporate Sales

· Develop and manage key accounts (Banks, Hospitals, Corporate Offices, education institutes, Transport, Hotels etc)

· Negotiate contracts and ensure long-term business relationships

· Identify and close institutional and bulk sales opportunities

5. Operational Excellence

· Ensure efficient order management, timely deliveries, and stock availability

· Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams

· Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-outs/returns

6. Financial Discipline & Recovery

· Ensure timely collections and receivables management

· Monitor credit limits and reduce overdue accounts

· Improve cash flow and working capital efficiency

7. Market Intelligence & Reporting

· Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

· Provide actionable insights to management

· Submit accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports

· Sales Target Achievement (%)

· Territory Revenue Growth

· Numeric & Weighted Distribution

· Active Outlet Coverage

· Recovery & Aging (DSO)

· Market Share Improvement

· Team Productivity (Sales per Head)

· On-Time Delivery & Fill Rate

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

· 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience (preferably in beverages / bottled water)

· Proven track record in territory management and team leadership
