Armed Area Field Supervisor

We are currently seeking experienced Armed Area Field Supervisors to join our CSUSA Security team. This is a full-time graveyard position and a salary-based leadership role for individuals who carry themselves with professionalism, confidence, and strong leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising security personnel, responding to incidents, conducting field inspections, and maintaining high standards across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security personnel during graveyard operations
• Conduct patrol inspections and field visits at assigned locations
• Ensure all officers are in proper uniforms and maintaining professional standards
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely manner
• Write detailed incident and activity reports
• Maintain communication with management and operations team
• Ensure all company policies and post orders are being followed

Requirements:

• Valid guard card
• Clean and professional apperance at all times
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard hours
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Veterans or former law enforcement highly preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of handing high-pressure situations professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Military background
• Law enforcement experience
• Experience managing multiple sites or teams
• Strong report writing and conflict resolution skills
