Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patrols of the premises using surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to monitor activity and detect suspicious behavior.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
• Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees, ensuring proper access control procedures are followed.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Implement loss prevention strategies by monitoring for theft or vandalism and intervening when appropriate.
• Utilize conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally.
• Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations until medical professionals arrive, providing critical support when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a strong understanding of security protocols.
• Valid certification in first aid and CPR from a recognized organization.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and experience with loss prevention tactics.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with confidence and professionalism while maintaining situational awareness.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate disputes effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public.
