Job Title: ARNP / PA – Urgent Care Clinic
Location: Elma, WA

Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and patient-focused ARNP or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a busy Urgent Care Clinic in Elma, WA. This role is perfect for a provider who enjoys a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality, efficient care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and minor injuries

• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, etc.)

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

• Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Active Washington ARNP or PA license

• Board certification required

• Minimum 1 year of Urgent Care or Emergency experience preferred

• Strong clinical and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible scheduling (weekends and some evenings may be required)
