Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and highly organized Event Art Director to lead the creative design and visual direction of live, virtual, and hybrid events. From corporate summits to brand activations and experiential marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for developing immersive visual concepts that bring events to life.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute visual themes for events in alignment with brand and marketing strategies.

Lead the design process from ideation through execution (mood boards, stage design, signage, branding, digital assets, etc.).

Collaborate with event producers, set designers, lighting designers, AV teams, and vendors to ensure visual coherence.

Manage and review work from graphic designers, illustrators, motion designers, and freelancers.

Oversee on-site creative setup to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Present creative concepts and mood boards to internal stakeholders and clients.

Stay updated on design trends, event technologies, and experiential branding techniques.
Job Specifications:
-
5+ years in a design or art director role, preferably in events or experiential marketing.

Strong portfolio showcasing event, environmental, and experiential design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D or CAD tools (SketchUp, Vectorworks, etc.) a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
