We’re looking for a Senior Designer / Art Director with 6–8 years of proven design experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a highly creative professional with a strong portfolio, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, revenue-driving campaigns across digital and print platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and execution of consumer-focused campaigns across marketing, advertising, and e-commerce.
• Create compelling visuals that balance brand guidelines, creativity, and user engagement .
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Deliver motion graphics, animations, social media creatives, and web-ready assets .
• Apply a strong foundation in typography, color theory, UX/UI design , and ADA-compliant design principles.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and high-quality standards.
• Stay ahead of design trends and technologies to bring fresh, innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of experience as a Designer, Senior Designer, or in Art Direction.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality creative work across campaigns, digital design, and brand experiences.
• Solid knowledge of design principles, UX/UI, typography, and color theory .
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, motion graphics/animation tools , and working knowledge of HTML & social media design.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ADA-compliant design is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and driven to push creative boundaries.
