Art Director

We are seeking a talented Art Director with proven experience in nightlife or nightclub settings to lead the visual identity and creative direction of our venues and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a Russian speaker, highly creative, and capable of translating concepts into immersive experiences that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual concepts for nightlife events, promotions, and club interiors.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to create cohesive visual strategies.
• Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, signage, and event branding.
• Stay ahead of trends in nightlife design, visuals, and entertainment to ensure cutting-edge creativity.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers and visual creatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Art Director, preferably in nightlife, clubs, or entertainment.
• Fluent in Russian (spoken and written).
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant creative work.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
