Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team in the heart of Riyadh. This role is perfect for a creative wordsmith who can craft compelling content in Arabic that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop 360 campaigns including film, print, activations and social
media content that align with the strategy and the client's brief with under supervision
Work closely with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Animators, Editors and
Planners
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that deadlines are met
Ensure that all creative work is of the highest quality and aligns with the brand's identity
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and bring that
knowledge to the table
Present creative concepts and designs to clients and stakeholders, and receive and
incorporate feedback into the work
Harness passion and proficiency in utilizing Al generation platforms to enhance work
efficiency and elevate the agency's creative output.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Art Direction in an advertising agency
A winner at one of the global or regional award shows (Such as Cannes Lions, D&AD,
New York Festival, Dubai Lynx or Athar Awards)
A portfolio of high-quality work that demonstrates creativity, craft skills, and a strong
understanding of branding and advertising
Proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
and InDesign - editing and animation softwares are a plus)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong time-management skills
A team player with a tendency for the unusual
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency
