Who We’re Looking For

A hands-on Art Director who can think visually, draw instinctively, design thoughtfully, and execute confidently.

This is not a decorative role. You should be comfortable starting from a blank page: sketching ideas, building visual worlds, and carrying them through static and video formats. If your process relies heavily on templates, free vectors, or AI shortcuts, this role may not be a fit.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Execute

Create high-quality visuals for digital campaigns: key visuals, social posts, illustrations, icons, video supers, thumbnails, and design systems.

Translate ideas into strong visual directions across static and motion formats.

• Visual Thinking

Use design to solve brand and communication problems, not just beautify them.

Develop looks rooted in insight, not trends alone.

• Hands-on Craft

Sketch, doodle, and explore ideas early.

Prepare roughs and visual explorations for internal reviews.

Requirement

Looking for experienced folks on advertising industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
