Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Leading the Creative and Art Direction
- Define and develop the visual vision for advertising campaigns and creative projects.
- Ensure all artistic outputs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Oversee and review the quality of ideas and designs before final approval.
2) Managing the Design Team
- Lead the design team, assign tasks, and monitor execution.
- Ensure the team adheres to timelines and quality standards.
- Provide continuous technical guidance and constructive feedback to enhance performance.
3) Developing Creative Ideas and Deliverables
- Transform marketing concepts into innovative visual solutions.
- Supervise the execution of designs across various platforms (digital, print, campaigns).
- Ensure creativity, innovation, and freshness in artistic styles and creative output.
4) Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with content, marketing, and project management teams to ensure integrated creative messaging.
- Participate in creative meetings and propose suitable artistic solutions.
- Support teams in achieving campaign goals through distinctive art direction.
5) Quality Assurance and Continuous Development
- Review and approve final designs before delivery.
- Stay up to date with the latest design and visual art trends.
- Ensure consistent adherence to artistic standards and brand identity.
