Role Purpose
Lead and manage all interface activities across design, development, construction, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination, timely approvals, and successful delivery of large-scale real estate projects. The role is responsible for eliminating interface conflicts, maintaining alignment between all workstreams, and safeguarding project schedule, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the single point of accountability for alignment between internal teams (Design, Development, Construction, Commercial, Cost, and PMO).

Facilitate communication with external consultants, contractors, master developers, and service providers.
2. Interface Management

Identify, define, and manage all technical and operational interfaces between project packages (infrastructure, superstructure, MEP, utilities, public realm).

Ensure no design or scope gaps/overlaps exist between involved parties.
3. Government & Authority Approvals

Lead coordination with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies to secure all required NOCs and permits.

Track approval timelines and escalate risks proactively.
4. Program & Schedule Integration

Integrate interface dependencies into the master schedule and ensure alignment with PMO requirements.

Monitor critical path activities and address interface-driven delays.
5. Risk & Issue Resolution

Identify interface-related risks early and develop mitigation plans.

Resolve technical, contractual, or schedule conflicts between stakeholders.
6. Contractual Oversight

Review scopes of work to ensure interfaces are properly defined and coordinated.

Support procurement in developing interface-related contract clauses.
7. Reporting

Provide leadership with clear updates on interface status, risks, and key decisions required.

Maintain dashboards and coordination logs to support governance.
8. Quality & Compliance

Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with codes, standards, master plans, and developer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, or related field).

15+ years of experience in large-scale real estate, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.

Strong background in design management, stakeholder coordination, and authority approvals.

Experience with major developers, PMC firms, or large contractors.

Proven experience managing complex multi-package interfaces.
