] to join our dynamic marketing department. The successful candidate will lead a team of graphic designers, overseeing the creation of compelling visual content that supports our marketing campaigns, private label designs, and overall brand identity.
Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content.

Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creative thinking.

Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, including key visuals, promotional materials, and in-store displays.

Oversee the design and development of private label packaging and artwork, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual designs.

Maintain and enhance the visual identity of our brands across all marketing channels.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual style in all creative outputs.

Work closely with the Brand Managers to develop and refine brand guidelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Allocate resources effectively within the design team to meet project requirements.

Liaise with external agencies, printers, and production companies when necessary.

Review and approve all creative materials before final production.

Ensure all designs meet technical requirements for various media (print, digital, packaging).

Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and technologies.

Introduce new ideas and creative approaches to enhance our marketing efforts.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or art director role.

Proven experience in creating designs for marketing campaigns, packaging, and branding, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.

Expert knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including campaign visuals and packaging design.

Experience managing and developing a team of designers.

Ability to inspire and motivate creative talent.

Ability to align creative concepts with marketing strategies and business objectives.

Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Knowledge of print production processes and requirements.

Familiarity with digital design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
