Art Director Real Estate Marketing

We are hiring an Art Director (Real Estate Marketing)

The Company is an International Real Estate Builders & Developers handling U.S. clients and having 150+ employees working over there.

Job Overview:

This role will lead the visual and creative direction for premium real estate developments, transforming architecture, lifestyle, and investment positioning into world-class campaigns. The candidate will work on luxury residences, branded developments, cinematic launches, and international investor campaigns across multiple markets.

The role requires a strategic creative leader who understands both luxury branding and property marketing, and can turn buildings into aspirational lifestyle experiences through high-quality visual storytelling

Responsibilities.

  • Lead the overall creative direction for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate campaigns.
  • Develop campaign concepts, storytelling frameworks, visual identities, and key marketing narratives for projects.
  • Translate architectural concepts, floor plans, amenities, and project USPs into aspirational visual campaigns.
  • Direct and supervise designers, video editors, content writers, photographers, and CGI teams.
  • Oversee production and execution of TVCs, DVCs, cinematic project launches, social media campaigns, brochures, digital ads, and outdoor branding.
  • Create and maintain visual guidelines and campaign consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conceptualize cinematic storytelling for property videos, site shoots, drone shoots, and FPV walkthroughs.
  • Review and approve all creative assets before release to ensure premium quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaign visuals with positioning, audience psychology, and conversion goals.
  • Ensure all campaigns reflect luxury aesthetics, modern trends, and high-end brand positioning.

Job Role Secondary:

  • Research global real estate and luxury branding trends for creative inspiration.
  • Support strategic brainstorming for launches, events, and investor campaigns.
  • Assist in presentation creation, pitch decks, and internal campaign strategy sessions.
  • Explore AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging content formats.
  • Maintain creative workflow systems, references, and production documentation.

Experience: 6 - 8 years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 11:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Tuesday & Friday WFH
Location: DHA, Karachi
