Art Finance Analyst

Why this role matters
This role provides financial and analytical support to support the Art Finance team’s deal structuring, cash flow management and risk mitigation. Candidate will work closely with global Christie’s Art Finance team, Commercial Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, and Treasury to deliver analysis, reporting and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
Perform financial analyses to structure art finance deal terms, manage borrowing base and satisfy compliance requirements
Maintain Christie’s Art Finance pipeline to monitor deal status, facilitate budget forecasts, and draft executive and board reports
Analyze credit portfolio to identify risks and monitor existing loans to ensure compliance with operating parameters
Draft credit memorandums, presentations, pitch materials and communications for internal and external stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
What you’ll bring to the team
A bachelor's degree in a finance/business, economics, math or similar degree with 2-4 years’ relevant professional experience
Exposure to capital markets, securitization/ABS markets and/or experience working on asset-based financing transactions
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis
Strong communication skills with the ability to analyze data, extract the key messages, and present them effectively
Comfortable managing a high volume of data and management information across detailed spreadsheets, often simultaneously
Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Proactive and solution oriented-attitude

Compensation Range
Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
