Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in art
2. Minimum of two years' experience in teaching Art in an international School
3. Fluent in English
4. Excellent use of Technology

The Main Duties

1. Follow the school's mission, philosophy, system, and educational approach, and to implement such objectives throughout their duties.
2. Take specific responsibility for the day-to-day management and organization of teaching and learning within his/her grade level.
3. Lead, manage and develop the core subject curriculum area and/or to lead and manage student’s development across the curriculum ensuring continuity in relation to whole school developments.
4. To have overall management responsibility for his/her grade team and to be an effective role model for his/her team in terms of behavior, teaching, and classroom management.
5. Monitor and review the curricular application in his/her grade level.
6. Lead regular phase group meetings with team members in coordination with the department head.
7. Cooperate with colleagues to identify group and individual training needs and provide support for colleagues within his/her area of responsibility.
8. Provide the H.O.D. and/or other relevant staff with relevant subject, curriculum area or students’ performance information.
9. To be accountable to the H.O.D. for all delegated curriculum and management tasks.
10. Organize of all assessment tasks within his/her grade level.
11. Write weekly agenda that explains the weekly plan for parents and provide instructional steps when needed.
12. Write meeting minutes and make sure all team members are aware of points discussed in a grade level meeting.
13. Provide weekly quizzes, tests, and homework for the grade level students’ and share it with teachers.
