Art Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate art lessons aligned with the school curriculum
• Teach and demonstrate various art techniques and mediums
• Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging art classroom
• Assess students’ artwork and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare students’ work for displays, exhibitions, and school events
• Manage and maintain art materials, tools, and supplies
• Collaborate with class teachers and school administration

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong skills in sketching, drawing, shading, and coloring
• Proficiency in painting techniques (watercolor, acrylic, poster colors, etc.)
• Knowledge of craft work, paper art, clay modeling, and recycled art
• Understanding of color theory, composition, and design basics
• Ability to teach calligraphy, basic lettering, and decorative art
• Familiarity with mixed media and creative projects
• Ability to integrate art with themes, festivals, and school activities
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
