We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educator who is passionate about art and dedicated to fostering creativity and artistic skills in students within a bilingual or French curriculum environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive art lessons that align with the French curriculum and support bilingual education
• Encourage students to explore various artistic mediums and develop their individual artistic expression
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback that fosters artistic growth
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and inspiring classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and creativity
• Organize exhibitions and school events to showcase student artwork
• Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate art with other subject areas and support holistic education
• Manage classroom materials efficiently and ensure a safe environment for all students

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience teaching art to students following the French curriculum or similar frameworks
• Strong knowledge of diverse art techniques, media, and art history
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage classroom resources responsibly
