Job Description:

• Entity formation, preparing deeds, contracts, handling secretarial & legal compliance
• Involve in structuring assignments including Merger, Demergers, Cross-border structuring, JV, Investment, etc.
• Research in International tax, DTAA, Transfer Pricing, IFSC, Exchange Control laws
• Direct Tax advisory & litigation- ITRs and replies to notices, handling appeals, case-law research & analysis, etc.
• Analyze investment avenues & asset allocation for HNIs & NRIs incl. PE, Start-ups, Real Estate, Commodities, Securities, etc.
• Capital & Organisational planning of new-age clientele’s esp. IT-ITES, NBFCs, MNCs, Start-ups, Real Estate, Manufacturing, EPC, Pharma, Commodities, etc.
• Hands on experience in Corporate & allied laws such as SEBI, PF, LLP, RERA, NBFC & other relevant industry regulations

Required Skill:

• Communication & drafting in English
• MS Excel & PPT
• Analytical acumen
• Penchant for learning & research
• Result orientation aptitude

Qualification:

Pursuing CS, LLB, CA, B.COM
