Artificial Intelligence (AI) Associate – Emirati Fresh Graduate

We are seeking motivated and talented Emirati fresh graduates with a strong academic background and interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI). The role will provide exposure to AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Generative AI. The selected candidates will be part of a dynamic team working on innovative projects to support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms.
• Support in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing for AI applications.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with senior data scientists/AI engineers on project requirements.
• Contribute to building prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and AI-driven solutions.
• Document findings, processes, and model performance for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in programming (Python, R, or Java).
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, or Gen AI).
• Familiarity with data analysis, statistics, and algorithms.
• Good understanding of databases and data structures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI tools and technologies.
