Artificial Intelligence (AI) Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert to design, develop, deploy, and optimize artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, and AI system integration, along with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

The AI Expert will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and leadership to build intelligent systems, automate workflows, and improve decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for business applications.
• Build predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, and computer vision applications.
• Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines and architectures.
• Conduct model testing, validation, and performance tuning.

Data Analysis & Engineering

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Prepare and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
• Work with data engineers to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Create data-driven insights and dashboards for stakeholders.

AI Integration & Deployment

• Deploy AI models into production environments.
• Integrate AI systems with existing business applications and APIs.
• Monitor deployed models for accuracy, drift, and performance.
• Implement MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment.

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Evaluate emerging frameworks and AI methodologies.
• Recommend innovative AI solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Conduct proof-of-concept projects and feasibility studies.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with stakeholders to define AI project objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, analysts, or data scientists.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI certifications or specialized training.
• Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agents.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in industry-specific AI applications.
