About the Role
Huawei is seeking an
AI Expert
to design, develop, and deploy
AI/ML-based solutions
supporting
RF optimization, SmartCare services, and network analytics
. This role will enable proactive and predictive operations, improve network performance, and enhance customer experience through
data-driven intelligence
.
The ideal candidate combines
AI expertise with telecom domain knowledge
, ensuring end-to-end solution delivery from
data preprocessing to deployment and monitoring
.
Key Responsibilities
-
Design, develop, and deploy
AI/ML models
to support RF optimization, SmartCare services, and network analytics.

Build and maintain
data pipelines
(Python, SQL, big data platforms) for large-scale telecom datasets.
-
Collaborate with RF planning/optimization and SmartCare teams to
integrate AI into daily workflows
(anomaly detection, forecasting, coverage/capacity prediction, root cause analysis).

Develop
automation tools, dashboards, and visualization systems
for real-time insights.

Deliver
end-to-end AI solutions
: requirements analysis, model training/validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Conduct research on
advanced AI techniques
(LLMs, deep learning, reinforcement learning, anomaly detection, RAG) and apply them in telecom.

Provide
knowledge transfer, documentation, and training
to internal teams.

Translate business problems into
data-driven AI projects
.

Diagnose model results and ensure alignment with
business KPIs
.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Telecommunications
(Master’s preferred).

4–5 years
of experience in
AI/ML solution development
, preferably in telecom (RF optimization, SmartCare, network analytics).

Expertise in
machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics frameworks
(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Spark).

Strong
Python/SQL programming
skills for telecom data analytics and automation.

Knowledge of
RF networks (2G/3G/4G/5G)
and SmartCare solutions.

Proficiency in
data engineering and visualization tools
(Power BI, Tableau, Huawei in-house tools).

Familiarity with
cloud-based AI/Big Data platforms
.

Strong
problem-solving, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration
skills.
