Artist Management Intern

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Artist Management Intern to join our vibrant team! Duties

• Assist with social media management by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing audience engagement across various platforms
• Support talent management activities, including coordinating rehearsals, appearances, and promotional events
• Participate in negotiations for contracts, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities to maximize artist exposure and revenue
• Contribute to agency management tasks such as maintaining artist portfolios, updating databases, and organizing meetings
• Help with talent acquisition efforts by researching emerging artists and supporting recruitment initiatives
• Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote artists through social media marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
• Aid in sales efforts by identifying new opportunities for brand collaborations and merchandise sales

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program related to music business, entertainment management, marketing or a similar field
• Strong understanding of social media management tools and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and professionally
• Passionate about talent management, artist development, and the entertainment industry
• Knowledge of contracts, marketing principles, and sales strategies within the entertainment sector is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience or familiarity with agency management or recruiting is advantageous but not required
