Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with our branding guidelines.
• Monitor social listening channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to maintain positive relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Knowledge of social media management platforms
• Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Basic understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), keyword research, and web analytics to optimize content performance.
• Experience with video editing software and photography techniques is a plus.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for creating polished content.
• Passion for digital marketing trends, branding strategies, and social media marketing best practices.
