Éhlert LLC is seeking a creative, motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to support our luxury event coordination and photography brand. This internship is ideal for individuals who understand how to use social media within a high-end service-based business—where visual excellence, refined branding, client engagement, marketing strategy, and lead generation are essential.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for social media, a sophisticated eye for design, and the ability to create polished, on-brand content that appeals to discerning clients in both the luxury event and real estate/lifestyle photography industries while supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

- Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest

- Develop content that reflects elevated aesthetics across both luxury events and high-end photography

- Craft captions that convey sophistication, emotion, and brand storytelling

- Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with wedding seasons, real estate cycles, and brand milestones

Video & Visual Production

- Edit short-form video content (reels, TikToks) for events, behind-the-scenes footage, and property showcases

- Design polished graphics using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Collaborate on visual direction for styled shoots, events, and real estate media campaigns

Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation

- Support marketing campaigns designed to attract high-end clients for both event services and photography

- Assist in lead generation through social media outreach, targeted content, and engagement strategies

- Identify and nurture potential client inquiries through social channels

- Collaborate on promotional campaigns, partnerships, and service launches

- Support digital marketing efforts that convert followers into qualified leads

Analytics & Performance Tracking

- Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth using platform insights and Google Analytics

- Track performance metrics to improve content strategy and marketing ROI

- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends

- Analyze lead generation metrics and conversion data

Community Engagement & Brand Reputation

- Respond professionally to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a manner that reflects luxury service standards

- Engage with followers, prospective clients, and industry professionals

- Monitor brand mentions and conversations

- Qualify incoming inquiries and route them appropriately

Influencer & Vendor Partnerships

- Assist in identifying and connecting with luxury vendors, venues, realtors, designers, and influencers

- Support collaborative campaigns and cross-promotions

- Help maintain relationships that enhance brand visibility and referral opportunities

SEO & Content Optimization

- Conduct keyword research to optimize captions, hashtags, and content for event and photography searches

- Support SEO strategies to improve visibility and attract organic leads

Quality Control

- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment

- Ensure all posts maintain a polished, sophisticated aesthetic across both service lines

Qualifications

- Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and best practices

- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and lead generation tactics

- Proficiency in Canva required; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred

- Coursework or experience in digital marketing, PR, communications, or related fields is a plus

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and web analytics tools

- Basic understanding of Facebook Advertising and e-commerce principles

- Strong written communication and proofreading skills

- Excellent eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Proactive attitude toward learning design, photography, video editing, and relationship management

- Understanding of AI tools and their strategic use in content and marketing

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of luxury consumer behavior

- Familiarity with wedding, event, and real estate industries

- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools

- Interest in photography, videography, or design

- Understanding of sales funnels and client acquisition
