Job Purpose:
To prepare, review, and coordinate the packaging artwork for the company’s pharmaceutical products (local and export markets), ensuring compliance with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) requirements and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare packaging artwork (outer cartons, leaflets, inner/outer labels) in line with production specifications.

Receive and implement scientific data from Regulatory Affairs, New Products, or Export departments into artwork designs.

Submit artwork to Regulatory Affairs for review by the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA).

Apply required amendments and resubmit artwork for review.

Prepare medical leaflets in alignment with the approved Word files from the EDA.

Develop internal forms for local and export packaging in coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Export, and Quality Assurance.

Coordinate with the Supply Chain department regarding packaging material codes.

Send approved internal forms to packaging suppliers for proof preparation.

Follow up with Quality Control and Export departments on the review of supplier proofs.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards for artwork processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.

Practical experience in artwork and packaging design (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).

Good knowledge of Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) regulations and artwork submission processes.

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
