As-Needed Production Designer (Junior–Mid Level)

Most Likely To is a virtual agency headquartered in San Francisco, with a team of 15 people working across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. We are a purpose-driven creative agency seeking a Production Designer to support the execution of campaign assets across print and digital channels. This role is production-focused rather than concept-driven and is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail who enjoys ensuring files are accurate, organized, and ready for final output.

Responsibilities

You’ll help produce and adapt materials, including toolkits, print collateral, mechanical files, and social media assets, while working closely with our creative and account teams. Depending on the project, you may collaborate with the Executive Creative Director, Senior Art Director, Account Director, or Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in production or graphic design
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience preparing print-ready files and digital assets
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, and AI-assisted production tools is a plus
• Highly organized with flawless attention to detail
• Interest in social impact, sustainability, or mission-driven work
