AS400 Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Technical Lead role requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 9 years of experience in AS400 COBOL CLLE DB2/400 and CLP. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift with no travel requirements. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of software solutions using AS400 COBOL CLLE DB2/400 and CLP to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
