ASC and Medical Office Manager

About Us:

Pain Care Boise is a growing interventional pain clinic and ambulatory surgery center seeking an experienced Office Manager to help oversee daily operations.

We are a smaller independent practice involved in multiple areas of healthcare operations including clinic management, ambulatory surgery, compliance, onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and coordination between departments. We are looking for someone adaptable, organized, and comfortable helping manage a fast-paced medical environment.

This role works directly with ownership and is focused heavily on coordination, delegation, accountability, and operational follow-through. The ideal candidate understands how to keep teams aligned, ensure responsibilities are completed appropriately, and help improve day-to-day efficiency throughout the organization.

As a younger physician-owner continuing to grow the practice, I am looking for someone interested in building alongside the organization long term. This position offers the opportunity for significant professional growth and increasing operational responsibility over time.

  • Coordinate building, vendor, and equipment maintenance schedules
  • Assist with scheduling, operational systems, and shared office organization
  • Help create and maintain SOPs, onboarding materials, and operational processes
