Aseptic Filling Technician (GMP)

Pay Rate Low: 28 | Pay Rate High: 30

We’re seeking an experienced Aseptic Filling Technician to perform sterile filling operations, operate cleanroom equipment, and ensure compliance with FDA cGMP standards. This role offers hands-on experience in ISO-classified cleanrooms and opportunities for long-term growth within a leading biopharma company.

Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Terms : Contract to hire

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic filling using syringe fillers, peristaltic pumps, and filtration systems
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment (autoclaves, mixers, filtration units)
• Conduct line clearance, media fills, environmental monitoring, and sterile sampling
• Prepare media, buffers, and disinfectants; complete accurate batch records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years aseptic manufacturing or sterile filling experience in ISO cleanrooms
• Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP, aseptic techniques, and sterile processing
• Experience with peristaltic pumps, filtration systems, and manufacturing software (POMS, LIMS, SAP)
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field preferred
