Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles and allied products.
  • Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners in North Bangalore.
  • Monitor competition, pricing trends, and market dynamics.

Dealer & Channel Management

  • Manage and support dealers, sub-dealers, and retail outlets within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure dealership adherence to company policies, branding, and processes.
  • Conduct regular dealer reviews, sales planning, and performance tracking.

Team Management

  • Guide and support Sales Executives / Relationship Officers in the field.
  • Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and joint field visits.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback to improve productivity.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key customers and institutional clients.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
