Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles and allied products.
- Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners in North Bangalore.
- Monitor competition, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
Dealer & Channel Management
- Manage and support dealers, sub-dealers, and retail outlets within the assigned territory.
- Ensure dealership adherence to company policies, branding, and processes.
- Conduct regular dealer reviews, sales planning, and performance tracking.
Team Management
- Guide and support Sales Executives / Relationship Officers in the field.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and joint field visits.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback to improve productivity.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key customers and institutional clients.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
