Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage potential franchise partners from various industries (insurance, FMCG, retail, pharma, and other local businesses).
  • Conduct daily field meetings and business development activities to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Present the franchise business model, investment details, and long-term growth potential to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate effectively and close franchise agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
  • Maintain and track a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and structured reporting.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitor intelligence, and progress updates to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong local networks to support sustained franchise growth.
  • Travel extensively across assigned regions to execute expansion plans and achieve targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise expansion.
  • Prior exposure to industries like FMCG, Pharma, Insurance, Retail, Cement, Paints, or similar distribution-led businesses preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business closures.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
