Job Description

Location: Multiple Cities, Pakistan.

Reporting to: Zonal Sales Manager / Head of Sales & Marketing

Role Overview: Responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned territory by managing a robust network of dealers and distributors, identifying new market opportunities, and executing high-impact promotional activities.

  • Dealer & Distributor Management: Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with existing dealers and distributors to ensure consistent sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic area/territory sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets.
  • Inventory & Stock Health: Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure efficient stock rotation (FIFO) to prevent aging and ensure product availability across all dealer outlets.
  • Credit & Collection Management: Oversee the recovery of outstanding payments and manage credit limits for trade partners to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Network Expansion: Proactively identify and onboard new, high-potential dealers in underserved areas to increase market penetration and brand footprint.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches, providing actionable feedback to the Lahore Head Office.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate database of potential leads and track the conversion of new accounts.

Sales Forecasting: Provide monthly sales forecasts to the operations and production teams in the region/area to assist in business planning.

  • Plan and execute: Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, including shop-front branding, in-store displays, and local dealer meets to enhance brand recall.
  • Product Launches: Lead the introduction of new mattress ranges and foam products into the territory, ensuring proper display and staff training at the dealer level.
  • Implement and monitor: seasonal promotional discount rates and incentive schemes for dealers to stimulate volume growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving dealer complaints regarding product quality, delivery delays, or warranty claims.
  • Compliance: Ensure all distributor operations align with company policies, including storage standards and reporting deadlines.
  • Reporting: Submit detailed daily and weekly reports on sales activities, competitor movements, and recovery status via internal system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
