Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ASO and Marketing Expert (A001) role based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The person in this position will be responsible for planning and executing App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve app visibility, rankings, and conversions across major app stores. Daily tasks include researching keywords, analyzing competitors, optimizing app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and metadata, and monitoring performance analytics to guide continuous improvement. The role also involves developing and implementing digital marketing and social media campaigns to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ASO and Marketing Expert will collaborate with content creators, designers, and the broader marketing and sales teams to ensure aligned messaging, data-driven campaigns, and measurable growth in user base and brand awareness.
Qualifications

Strong marketing foundation, with skills in Marketing and Marketing Strategy to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven growth initiatives.

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to design, manage, and analyze campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present insights, and create clear, compelling briefs and reports.

Sales and conversion-focused mindset to support user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth from marketing channels.

Hands-on experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword research, A/B testing creatives, and performance tracking tools.

Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, App Store Connect, Google Play Console) and basic understanding of SEO principles.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Islāmābād, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, global recruitment environment.
