ASPHALT PLANT OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure continuous, efficient, and safe production.
• Control the production process to meet required mix specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Coordinate with the laboratory and quality control team to ensure asphalt mix meets project requirements.
• Manage stockpiles of raw materials (aggregate, bitumen, additives) and monitor inventory levels.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or production problems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and shift records.
• Supervise plant staff, drivers, and helpers, ensuring smooth coordination of work activities.
• Report any breakdowns, hazards, or incidents to management promptly.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• ASPLAT PLANT : 3 years (Required)
