Asphalt Roller Operator – Civil Pros

Civil Pros is hiring an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to support our paving crews. This role is responsible for operating steel drum and pneumatic rollers to properly compact asphalt to required grade and density.

Responsibilities include assisting with paving operations, performing daily equipment inspections, and maintaining a safe, efficient job site. Candidates should have experience operating heavy equipment, understand asphalt compaction and paving processes, and work well as part of a crew.

Construction site experience is required. CDL is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
