Asphalt experience or sealcoating / striping experience required, but can be trained on asphalt patching and crack filling. Work directly on parking lots and roads applying asphalt sealcoat, striping markings, patching damaged areas, and filling cracks to improve safety and appearance for customers. Shape projects hands-on with a skilled team while expanding your expertise in key paving techniques. Requires prior experience in sealing or striping plus a valid driver's license.
