Ass Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate must have strong market knowledge, leadership abilities, and a passion for achieving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Support and guide the sales team.
• Develop and expand market coverage.
• Build strong relationships with retailers & distributors
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Market knowledge and team management capability
• Proficiency in MS Office

Location: As per company requirement.
