Job Title: Assembler
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime may be required)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Assemblers to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role involves working with wood materials, assisting with production processes, and performing general warehouse duties. Candidates should be comfortable in a physically active setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production and assembly processes using wood materials and using hand tools
• Stack, organize, and move finished materials within the facility
• Operate saws and other equipment to cut materials to specified measurements
• Read and follow work orders, layouts, or instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and accurately use a measuring tape
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 60+ lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Work Environment

• Warehouse/manufacturing setting (non-climate controlled)
• Exposure to wood materials, dust, and varying temperatures
• Physically active, team-oriented
