We engineer solutions for the world’s most critical missions. We serve customers in the defense and aerospace markets.
Seeking a career that offers challenging, diverse projects and opportunities? Looking for a position with a company that offers long-term professional advancement? Searching for a place that values a diverse, team-based environment? One that values YOU.
Step into a DoD-certified manufacturing environment where your precision, pride, and performance fuel mission-critical innovation. At our Lansdale facility, we don’t just build electronics—we build careers. If you're a skilled assembler looking for more—more respect, more opportunity, more impact—this is your next move. We’re seeking team players who value stability, growth, and a workplace that feels like home. If you’re ready to be valued—not just hired—apply today and take pride in building technology that powers national defense.
In this hands-on role, you’ll follow detailed methods and sequences to perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. You’ll assemble precision electro-mechanical and electronic components using visual aids, samples, and process sheets, ensuring each build meets exacting standards. From bonding, sanding, polishing, and grit blasting to cleaning parts and assemblies per work instructions, your craftsmanship will be key to our success. You’ll work independently with minimal supervision, troubleshoot complex production issues, and recommend solutions that keep us moving forward.
If you have experience in cable assembly or wire harnessing, a solid background in mechanical assembly, and a passion for mentoring others, we want to hear from you.
