Position: Assembly Associate

Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
(With possible OT on Fridays)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble and package products and sub-assemblies with a strong focus on quality

• Follow Operation Sheets and perform total quality checks throughout the process

• Flex between workstations and assist teammates as needed to meet goals

• Maintain production pace (takt time) after certification in operations

• Replenish Kanban inventory bins as needed

• Use tools and equipment in accordance with safety and ergonomic standards

• Read and follow assembly drawings and written/verbal instructions

• Support and collaborate with team leads and co-workers to ensure smooth workflow

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required to earn 12+ certifications)

• Ability to meet expectations of our Certification Guidelines and Flex Training Program

• Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the day

• Use of PPE and audiometric testing may be required

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
