Assembly Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for work organization and equipment management in the assembly plant, specifically overseeing the repair shop. Core duties include managing manpower and machines, monitoring inventory and production, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing safety measures during factory setup and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate required number of workers based on vehicle production
• Organize and assign workers to each workstation
• Train local white- and blue-collar workers
• Apply optimal methods for new vehicle production
• Distribute work standards and specification sheets
• Design and manage conveyors, automation, and inspection equipment
• Supervise assembly equipment installation
• Select tools per workstation and handle purchase requests
• Conduct daily checks and manage quality equipment
• Manage tightening tools
• Survey local suppliers and plan sub-material supply
• Monitor repair part inventory and manage ordering for the repair shop
• Investigate local traffic and vehicle laws and review countermeasures
• Monitor production, analyze line-stop causes, and implement countermeasures
• Enforce safety protocols for factory construction

Job Specificity

• Experience in car repair-related business preferred
• Automotive industry experience is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in car repair or assembly operations
• Preference for candidates with car mechanic certification

Language:

• English: Proficient
• Arabic: Preferred
